Tata & Howard completed the original work on the hydraulic model in 2002. Since then, we have updated the existing hydraulic model and completed a Capital Efficiency Plan™ for the Connecticut Water Company.
We are currently assisting with the completion of Capital Efficiency Plans that meet the requirements of the WICA program for all Connecticut Water Distribution Systems.
