COVID-19 Update

Message to Our Tata & Howard Community

To our Valued Clients:

We know that these past few weeks have been a very challenging time for you due to both the COVID-19 virus and planning for the continued health of the utility. We want to take this opportunity to inform you of the steps we have taken to protect the health of our employees and clients, while maintaining a fully functional business operation.

First, we have encouraged all employees to work remotely until June 1, 2020. We have invested in the technology necessary to allow remote access to all of our systems and software. Our remote capabilities will allow our staff to be responsive to your needs, regardless of their physical location.

Importantly, the manner by which you contact your Tata & Howard team members, whether by email or phone, will not change. If contacting a team member by phone, please use the phone numbers you are accustomed to, whether office number or cell phone, we have the capabilities to receive these calls no matter where we are.

We will not hold meetings at Tata & Howard offices, and are encouraging the use of video conference technology to conduct client meetings or conference calls during this time. If a meeting is currently scheduled for some time during the next two weeks, a Project Manager will be reaching out to you to determine the best course of action.

We hope that you will find that these steps will allow us to continue to provide the high level of client service you expect of us while protecting the health of our clients and employees during this challenging period.
