NEW! Tabletop Exercises
Is Your Utility Prepared For the Unknown?
COVID-19 took us all by surprise. Was your utility prepared? What would you have done differently? Do you have a written plan for potential future events?
Tata & Howard has developed a tabletop exercise to help utilities plan for severe situations such as a pandemic. The purpose of the exercise is to clarify roles and responsibilities of personnel within water and wastewater utilities and to identify any additional mitigation measures and preparedness needs.
In addition, the exercise will evaluate internal resources available, any external agencies, vendors and contractors that may be called upon for assistance, and identify which means of communication is available at the time. The outcome of a tabletop exercise will identify future preparedness planning needs and determine new guidelines or policies the utility may need to implement. The exercise will identify opportunities for improvement, gaps in knowledge of personnel, health and safety or security shortfalls that should be revised and improved.
We are offering interactive, virtual tabletop exercises facilitated by staff experienced with emergency response training and preparedness.
