PIPE Process

Tata & Howard has developed an innovative process called PIPE Process which stands for Planning Infrastructure Priorities Efficiently.

Our PIPE Process covers drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. It considers asset management aspects of these systems as well as hydraulics and system criticality.  Upon completion of our studies, clients have a prioritized listing as well as the estimated cost for replacement or rehabilitation of system assets. Each study is customized to the utility’s often unique circumstances and individual needs. Tata & Howard conducts valuable workshops with utility staff to fill data gaps of information that is of extreme value and often has never been previously recorded. Our innovative processes are practical, well thought out, and understandable methodologies that provide defendable justification for capital improvement to utility governing boards.
