ERP Training

Tata & Howard is approved by MassDEP to conduct Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Training for water utility personnel. Take advantage of these training sessions to assure that your utility is always prepared for the unexpected.

Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

ERPs are mandatory for all public water suppliers, and some states require water utilities to provide a minimum of 10 hours of Emergency Response training annually for all employees. ERP training is a process that helps water system managers and staff explore vulnerabilities, make improvements, and establish procedures to follow during an emergency. Preparing and implementing a response plan can save lives, prevent illness, enhance system security, minimize property damage, and lessen liability.

Tata & Howard, Inc., a leading innovator in water, wastewater, and stormwater services and engineering solutions, is offering assistance to operators with obtaining the required annual training. As your training partner, we have the key experience, personnel, and expertise to help you reach this goal.

Our trainers have extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of critical emergency response methodologies and training skills.

We offer in-person training sessions that can be conducted over one or two days. A total of 7 TCHs are available for the training to help fulfill the state’s requirements.
